What this site knows about you — and what it doesn't.

The short version
This site has no user accounts and sets no tracking cookies of its own. Analytics are cookieless and anonymous. The personal information we hold is what you choose to send us — an email, a call, a booking — and it's used to respond to you and do business with you. It is never sold, rented, or shared with data brokers.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first tool that works without cookies and without collecting personal data. It gives us aggregate numbers — page views, referral sources, rough geography by country — and cannot identify you or follow you across other sites. Details: Plausible's data policy.
If you contact us
If you email [email protected] or call, we keep the correspondence — your name, contact details, and what you wrote — for as long as it's useful to serve you. We use it to reply and to work together, nothing else.
If you book a call
Scheduling runs on Cal.com. When you book, the name, email address, and time you provide are processed by Cal.com to create the meeting and land it on our calendar. Their handling is governed by Cal.com's privacy policy.
Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) to deliver pages and protect against abuse, as any web host does. We don't use those logs to identify visitors.
Advertising measurement
We may use the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure how well our advertising works — for example, whether an ad visit led to a page view. When active, it sets cookies from Meta and shares standard event data (pages visited on this site, browser information) with Meta. You can opt out through Meta's ad preferences, industry tools like aboutads.info, or by blocking third-party cookies in your browser. We do not run any other advertising trackers.
Client engagements
This policy covers the website. If your brokerage becomes a client, how your data — including your MLS data — is handled is spelled out in your engagement agreement, and your listing data is never used to train AI models.
Your choices and rights
Want to know what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted? Email [email protected] and it will be handled directly — no forms, no runaround.
Children
This site is for real-estate professionals and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If our practices change — for example, when advertising measurement goes live — this page changes with them, and the effective date above moves.
